This form provides the official self-nomination channel for three CMOS-SB governance bodies: the Board of Directors, the Standards Committee, and the Audit and Compliance Committee. Completed submissions are routed to the CMOS-SB Secretariat at secretariat@cmos-sb.org and reviewed confidentially. The Founding Council is appointed separately and is not open via this form. Fields marked * are required.

Applications open July 27, 2026. The 90-day board seating window runs July 27 - October 25, 2026. Self-nominations are reviewed on a rolling basis by the founding governance bodies.

  • Board of Directors — supreme governance body holding final ratification authority over standards, policies, and governance amendments.
  • Standards Committee — technical and scientific body responsible for standards development and maintenance.
  • Audit and Compliance Committee — oversees the integrity of certification, auditor qualification, and compliance monitoring.

The Founding Council is appointed and is not open via this form.
