Completed submissions are routed to the CMOS-SB Secretariat at secretariat@cmos-sb.org and reviewed confidentially. The Founding Council is appointed separately and is not open via this form. Applications open July 27, 2026. The 90-day board seating window runs July 27 - October 25, 2026. Self-nominations are reviewed on a rolling basis by the founding governance bodies.
